Kid Cudi Drops Rocked-Out Singe "Confused" Ahead Of His New LP
Kid Cudi has shared a brand new single by complete surprise. Dubbed "Confused," the new track features loads of rock-inspired guitar and bass, all of which was reportedly played by Cudi himself.
"Confused" serves as the first single off of Kid Cudi's upcoming LP Speedin' Bullet to Heaven, which will be released later this year on Kudi's own imprint Republic Records. Half-sung and really, barely rapped, "Confused" taps into some of the early punk vibes that grew out of the late 1970s and is much more abstract and contemplative than what many Kudi fans might be used to.

Last we heard from Cudi, he was splashing radars with the smooth cut "Love," which featured a few synthesizers and synthetic drums weaving their ways in between electric guitars. Now, the Kid has gone full six-string on "Confused," and you won't find us complaining. Listen to the single below and stay tuned for more information as we creep closer to Speedin' Bullet to Heaven.
