Lenny Kravitz Unleashes "Sex", First Single From Upcoming 'Strut' LP
Lenny Kravitz has been talking up a storm about us upcoming Strut LP, but today he's giving us our first taste with the sultry lead-off single "Sex." The initial offering form the album is a bit of a throwback (even for Kravitz) taking the grungy funk of Living Colour's work and even some late-'80s Prince cuts to the masses, boasting big, but simple drums and a raw filtered guitar track, that give a whole new meaning to "stripped-down." Kravitz's three-years-in-the-making Strut LP has finally received a proper release date, hitting digital shelves everywhere September 23rd with preorders already available via iTunes.
