Lost Wu Tang-Clan video for "Y'all Been Warned"
Wu-Tang Forever, indeed! A "lost" Wu-Tang Clan video for the True Master-produced track "Y'all Been Warned" has been released by Sugar Factory Films, the original producers of the visuals, after laying in cryogenic sleep since the year 2001. Originally slated to support the Wu's 4th studio album Iron Flag, the video was apparently canned before ever seeing release to the wider public--until now, that is. And that's about all we know, except that the vid looks a lot like 2001 with a lot of black leather and skullys on the key Wu personnel, including Method Man, RZA, Raekwon and Inspectah Deck, jabbing at the camera while two sexy back-up dancers in black minis--who look like they have time off between SWV and Zhané tours--gyrate and half-heartedly touch themselves in the b-roll. Ah, the earlys 2000s. At least Sugar Factory might have waited until Thursday to drop this on an unsuspecting world, cause this is what you call a throwback. Watch below and enjoy a blast from the ghost of Wu past:
