Michigan crooner Mayer Hawthorne delivers the trailer for "Where Does This Door Go" - a collection of thematically relevant film clips set to the bubbly sounds of an orchestrally driven track. The trailer announces his forthcoming LP of the same name, dropping July 16th via Republic Records. The project will reportedly feature production from Pharrell, Oak and Jack Splash. The trailer follows the emergence of Hawthorne's electro-pop dance ballad "Designer Drug" - an infectious groove that picks up eerily close to where The 20/20 Experience left off. That track precedes "Her Favorite Song" - Hawthorne's lead single slated to drop in May. Thus far, Mayer Hawthorne's new music is decidedly more joyful than his heavy-hearted 2011 LP How Do You Do.
