Melo x a tree
If you thought the recent release of the finale to MeLo-X's GOD trilogy meant a break in the action, you would be incorrect. Two weeks after GOD:WiFi dropped, Melo's already on to the next jawn. The Brooklyn emcee/producer announces his indie solo album, GOD: Pièce de Résistance, will be out November 5th. Along with the announcement, we get a video for the album's first single, "A Tree Must Be A Tree." Inspired by the the 1973 classic film, Badlands, featuring Martin Sheen and Sissy Spacek, director Rodney Passé comes through with a short film like production for MeLo's new video.
