The documentary, which is titled The Cash Money Story: Before Anythang, will take a look at the lives of Ronald "Slim" Williams andBaby aka Birdman aka Bryan Williams and how they came to found the influential record label in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cash Money Records impact on music is undeniable. Before Anythang was created in collaboration with Cash Money Films. From Kilo G, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Young Buck, Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy, Rich Homie Quan, Flo Rida, the Hot Boys, and others, Cash Money Records has made a huge mark on the musical landscape. News of the documentary comes on the heels of Apple's increased interest in producing original video content. A few months back there was news of Apple producing a show with Dr. Dre called Vital Signs. Lil Wayne and Birdman have been embroiled in some serious Grade A beef so we'll see how that relationship is portrayed in the documentary. Nonetheless it should be interesting.
