Raheem DeVaughn Delivers Steamy New Single "Temperature's Rising"
Raheem DeVaughn preps the release of his forthcoming Love, Sex, Passion LP by dropping off some sultry new sonics in the form of his latest single "Temperature's Rising." Keeping up to task with his string of bedtime rockers, this new joint burns so slow that you'll need a breather when all is said and done. It's about as minimal of a production as you can get, stewing in oohhs and aaahhs while a buzzy bass line and DeVaughn's velvet croon lead the steamy charge (a certain change of pace from his feature on The Roots' "Tomorrow".)
His Love, Sex, Passion LP is due out February 10th, so you won't have to wait much longer to get the full work, serving as a proper follow-up to the A Place Called Love Land LP, which garnered critical acclaim and praise, not to mention the subsequent King Of Love Land mixtapes. You can also lay your ears on the track's humbling predecessor "Queen" for some more heat from the DMV vocalist and another inkling of what is to be expected from the new piece.
