Young Guru took a moment to give fans a taste of some exclusive material this week during the BitTorrent Showcase at SXSW when he dropped the remix for Kendrick Lamar's "B-tch Don't Kill My Vibe" featuring Jay-Z. Flanked by Just Blaze, Guru dropped the track to a packed house during his DJ set. The remix plays like an annex to the original with additional lyrics from Kendrick Lamar and an equally crazy verse from Jay. The murder-every-track approach that Kendrick Lamar takes to recording explains exactly how he has managed to catch the ear of two of the greatest in the game. This remix is just another example of his ridiculous talent as a lyricist and the respect that comes when real recognize real. Kendrick Lamar also headlined the Spotify Live showcase for the third year in a row last night at SXSW 2013.
