Man, Rashad's presence in the music game was surely missed by me. This dude always spins pure gold, we just don't hear from him often enough. Almost a year since we last heard from the Ohio singer/songwriter/producer, he comes through with this new jawn, "First Move." "Moments In Love" has been sampled umpteen times at this point, but Rashad still finds a way to flip it and make it his own.
