Remy Ma On "ShETHER" Diss: "I’m Not Particularly Proud Of It"

There's one person who is really hoping that Nicki Minaj doesn't respond to Remy Ma's "ShETHER" diss ...and that's Remy Ma herself.
Yesterday, Remy Ma appeared on Buzzfeed's Another Round show. It wasn't the victory lap that people would assume.
During the nearly two-hour interview, the rapper talked about a number of things, from her childhood to her relationship with Papoose to her six-year prison bid.
When the topic of Nicki Minaj came up, Remy talked as someone who had remorse about how the rap battle went down and consequently the discussion that swirled around it:
“It just bothers me that this record that I put out where it’s literally picking apart a female went so viral, and every media outlet wants to talk about it and pick it up. I feel like we could’ve done the same thing working together. I would’ve liked it so much better that way. … I don’t regret [“ShETHER”], but I’m not particularly proud of it...I just think it’s crazy the way people celebrate women attacking each other as opposed to working together.”
Wow. Definitely an interesting turn of events, considering that Remy dropped "Another One," her second Nicki diss, last week. But yeah, Remy sounds done with it all:
“It’s over now. If she wants to say something then cool, but I said what I had to say and that’s really it.”
The whole interview is actually really good, and pretty revealing. Check it out below.
