SBTRKT recently hit up the legendary Mary Anne Hobbs to debut "Hold The Line" - the first of a handful of instrumental singles arriving ahead of his forthcoming release in a pre-album EP series - live on BBC 6 Music. The upcoming tracks will complete a collection of vinyl singles that throw back to some of his earliest material. Hobbs dropped "Hold The Line" right after reading a note from SBTRKT, discussing the project:
"These tracks will form a collection of vinyl 12"s before my next album and its singles, maybe a digital release, too. They'll be out in a couple of months. All instrumental stuff along the lines of the music I put out on Ramp or the early Young Turks releases."
