DJ Premier takes his expert chop to the track that started it all; none other than "Diggin In The Crates" from the homies Showbiz & A.G. The iconic cut gets the hand of the mighty Preemo, replacing the stripped down funk of the OG cut with some of that classic soul stamp, taking the track from '91 to '96 in one ill flip. This strings & keys-loaded offering was gifted to us from the upcoming D.I.T.C. Remix Project, featuring reworks of truly timeless material from the NYC camp's stars (Big L, Fat Joe and Diamond D to name a few) by studio champs like Alchemist, 9th Wonder, Apollo Brown, Lord Finesse, Marco Polo, Buckwild and more.
