Long Beach's Own Snoop Dogg + Vince Staples Connect On GGN
It must have been taxing for young Vince Staples, sitting in the passenger seat for one of Snoop Dogg's hazy-as-hell GGN sessions. As he attempted to restrain himself from ever touching that damn-near foot-long extendo-dutch in Snoop's grasp, it seems that maybe that was the move.
It is hard to imagine that anyone on the planet has the type of tolerance-slash-immunity for kush smoke that The Doggfather has, but that certainly didn't keep the pair of Long Beach, California natives from jumping right in. Staples with his clear mind and Snoop with his typical cloudiness reminiscence about their love of the gridiron game.
In the GGN chat, the duo talk about how they devoted their time to the game and learned structure and community from football. Although that didn't necessarily save Staples, as he details in the conversation, it certainly gave him something fond to look back on as he waded his way though the streets. The interview is fittingly capped off with a mean, off-the-dome sixteen from Vince Staples over an exclusive beat from Snoop's own archive.
