Spike Lee prepares to deliver his action-packed reinterpretation of Park Chan-wook's "Old Boy" - a 2003 South Korean film adapted from a Japanese Manga series that follows the protagonist's abduction and imprisonment in a strange room - with an exciting new trailer for the forthcoming flick. The film is written by Mark Protosevich with additional production from Roy Lee and Doug Davison for 40 Acres & A Mule Filmworks and Vertigo Entertainment. The adaptation finds Josh Brolin locked away from his life for twenty years before being released into the world where he dedicates himself to exacting revenge on his captor, played by Samuel L. Jackson. The trailer foreshadows a consistently high level of suspense and a good amount of blood and violence. Check the trailer for Spike Lee's adaptation of "Old Boy" below. Scroll down to get a taste of the original film from Park Chan-wook. "Old Boy" hits theaters on October 25th.
