The wonderful and talented Sy Smith just wrapped up her stint at The Tonight Show with Jay Leno but that doesn't mean things are quieting down in Syber's Space. Hitting Detroit's Chene Park tonight --as well as back-to-back nights with Lucky Peterson and Ray Angry this weekend --and then getting ready to embark on a string of live gigs come August (full dates can be found here), Sy makes sure to keep her delicate engine from stalling. Another testament to that fact is her newest collaboration with The Roots-pianist Ray Angry, which we are happy to premiere right here. On "Let's Get Lost," Ray crafts a weightless jazz-floater on which Ms. Smith promises the stars to a special someone most of our male readership (females not excluded) might get pretty jealous of.
