TDE Shares Whole Roster's 2016 Production Schedule + It's Going To Be A BIG Year

It seems like unspoken rule at this point, but typically, TDE has planned its roster's releases for the off-years between Kendrick Lamar drops. Then, last night, the label's real-life Top Dawg, Anthony Tiffith, went and dropped a bomb on the world by posting a photo to his Instagram of what appears to be the label's production schedule for 2016, updating us on the status of records by Schoolboy Q,SZA,Ab-Soul,Isaiah RashadandAb-Soul.

And what a sight to see, as the schedule almost explicitly states that Puffy Q's record's on deck, currently in its sample clearance stage. SZA and Isaiah Rashad's records seem to be next off the chopping block, but it's that second half of the itinerary that should grab your eyes and shake 'em a bit, stating that not only is Ab-Soul's record getting mixed-down at the moment, butanotherK Dotrecord could be on the way in 2016. No word on whether this is the long-rumored J. Cole collaboration album that we've been hearing murmurs about for what seems like years-on-end, but I'll be damned if this isn't a good sign.

It should be noted that the schedule also indicates that there are some new pups on TDE's roster, so watch out for the announcements, along with firm release dates on the whole team's respective records, in the weeks and months to come.
