The Roots and J. Period hit the stage in New Orleans, Louisiana during the 2014 NBA All-Star Weekend to rock the GQ Magazine party with Rick Ross, Juvenile and Lebron James. The party hosted by James and GQ editor-in-chief Jim Nelson, was thrown to celebrate the annual NBA All-Star Game and Lebron James' recent GQ cover. The massive fete featured performances from Ross, Juvy, Miguel and Bun B. Lebron James even grabbed the mic to rock with Rozay during his performance of "Fuck With Me You Know I Got It" - one of many standouts from Jay Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail LP. Juvie put on for NOLA bounce with a performance of his Cash Money classic, "Back That Azz Up." The Roots crew brought the noise as usual, rocking tracks for each guest with the precision of a well-oiled machine while J.
