Timbaland returns with a previously unheard snippet of the Michael Jackson track "Slave To The Rhythm", featuring vocals from the king of pop. This taste of the (hopefully?) forthcoming material follows Timbo's August announcement that L.A. Reid had tapped him to contribute to a posthumous project from Michael Jackson, which would likely be done by the end of 2013. Now, Timbo has dropped just enough of a peek at the full production to keep fans excited for what's to come. The track, which arrived yesterday for Timbaland Thursdays, is a percussive monster of the sort we've come to expect from the VA super-producer. The snippet also indicates that the track is packing a good dose of strings, which punctuate MJ's unmistakable delivery perfectly.
