UK producer Tom Misch continues to tease the forthcoming Beat Tape 2 LP, this time with his third single "Wake Up This Day" featuring Aussie crooner and frequent collaborator Jordan Rakei. Due out August 28th on Beyond The Groove, the 12-track project features contributions from Rakei, Sam Wills, Carmody, Loyle Carner, Alexa Harley, Alfa Mist and Zack Abel. The track is buoyed by fat chords and a guitar performance that conjures Andre 3000's "Prototype" and Stuart Matthewman's celebrated work with Sade.
