Tracee Ellis Ross Opened the AMA's With an Epic Dance Routine

Now thats how you open an awards show.

Tracee Ellis Ross kicked off the 2018 American Music Awards and stole the show.

The Blackish star executed an epic dance routine to a medley of Beyoncé and Jay- Z's "APESHIT," Aretha Franklin's "Respect," Cardi B's "Bodak Yellow," Childish Gambino's "This Is America," Bruno Mars's "Uptown Funk," and Ciara's "Level Up."

Ross also notably announced that all of her outfit's for the evening were made by black designers. On Twitter, she shared designer details and info for fans.

One of the standout looks for the opening number featured a Gucci cape designed by Dapper Dan.

Looking like the black superhero we need. Give her all the awards.
