Trump took to Twitter on Monday morning where he shared a low quality video clip of Obama's head photoshopped to someone's body. Obama, alongside a group of other men, are watching TV when a commercial featuring footage from a speech Biden gave back in 2017 plays. The speech includes comments the former vice president made about having hairy legs when he was a lifeguard. Those comments have resurfaced amid Biden's presidential campaign.
As the speech goes on, the men look in Obama's direction as he shrugs and says "What?" in response.
As the Daily Mail UK has pointed out, the video comes from an All State ad, with Obama's face photoshopped on actor Dennis Haysbert's body. The outlet also confirmed that the ad isn't an official campaign ad after speaking with a campaign official for Trump.
The video has received over 3.7 million views.
Back in March, Trump blamed Obama for the lack of coronavirus testing being conducted in the United States.
"For decades the @CDCgovlooked at, and studied, its testing system, but did nothing about it," he tweeted. "It would always be inadequate and slow for a large scale pandemic, but a pandemic would never happen, they hoped. President Obama made changes that only complicated things further….."
"….Their response to H1N1 Swine Flu was a full scale disaster, with thousands dying, and nothing meaningful done to fix the testing problem, until now," he added. "The changes have been made and testing will soon happen on a very large scale basis. All Red Tape has been cut, ready to go!"
