Wale delivers "No Pain No Gain" - a motivational track inspired by the sports documentary RGIII: The Will to Win about Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III. The anthem of ultimate triumph is inspired by the D.C. native's home team and featured in the documentary from Gatorade and NFL Films. Wale approached the track from the vantage of the quarterback, attempting to spend a rhyme in his shoes. Wale raps about everything from the day to day stresses and concerns of everyday life to the challenge of making it happen on the football field.
