*UPDATE: As promised, here's the CDQ. No new verses, just much crisper and drop free quality with an outro from RZA (who also produced the track). Hit their bandcamp to cop the limited edition 7"
There are few things I hate more than listening to radio rips with drops all over them (tuna fish would be on that short list), but an exception had to be made for the Wu. This morning, Ebro got his hands on a new Wu-Tang track straight from the RZA himself and let it play on Hot 97's morning show earlier today. As most of you know, 2013 marks 20 years of the Wu (or at least 20 years since their debut album dropped) and we've seen a number of interviews throughout the year speaking on the possibility of a 20 year reunion album. Time will tell if that does indeed happen, but we're def taking a step in the right direction with the release of "Family Reunion" featuring Masta Killa, Ghostface, and Method Man. Drops and sound quality aside, I'm loving this one - of course we'll update this with the tagless CDQ version as soon as it's out ( I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more verses on the final version).
