Youtube Launches 'Youtube For Artists' To Make You A Better Content Creator

Youtube Launches 'Youtube For Artists' To Make You A Better Content Creator

I suppose Youtube has always been a tool for aspiring artists, providing a platform for independent artists and major ones alike to harbor whatever content they had, whether audible or visual. But it appears that YT is going that extra mile to show content creators how to capitalize on its massive platform. Yesterday, the Google-owned company launched a new set of analytics tools that could be used in a number of ways to benefit an up-and-coming act, like knowing where and when you're getting clicks (to, say, plan out a more effective tour) as well as actually building state-of-the-art studio spaces in New York, London, Tokyo, Sao Paulo and Los Angeles, granting free access to those users who have 5,000 or more subscribers on their channels and no copyright strikes to their record, hopefully offering a bit of a conciliation to artists who didn't sign on for their Music Key subscription service or the forthcoming ad-free VOD service they will soon launch as well, finally granting you unfettered access to all of the cat videos your little heart can bear. Some of these features are already in effect, while others like the "Find Your Fans" option will drop in the near future. For more information, watch a quick video on the new platform below.
