One of the most exciting NBA Finals games in years went down on Monday, June 10th, between the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors. Unfortunately, that game will be known as the Kevin Durant game.
Warriors defeated the Raptors 106-105 in Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. The win was largely due to a heroic effort from Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, who went for 31 and 26. Durant played his first game in weeks. but was injured in the second quarter. It hasn't been confirmed yet, but it seems like Durant suffered an Achilles tendon tear.
