Best Rap Videos of The Week: Tyler, the Creator, Lil Baby, G Herbo & More
Our favorite videos of the week include clips from Tyler, The Creator, Lil Baby, Lil Durk and more. Blxst and Bino Rideaux's “Movie” is a visual we're really into right now.
We finally made it through this long, treacherous week. Since it’s Friday, you already know the drill — we’re here to drop off a few of the best rap videos that caught our eyes this week. Before you prepare to head into the long holiday weekend be sure to add these selects to your cookout or shindig playlist.
This week, Tyler, the Creator is first up again and he’s still dropping singles from his newest album CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST. A few days ago he released the video for “Corso.” It’s funky and expertly shot, which doesn’t surprise us since Tyler is one of a kind.
Next up is Lil Baby and Lil Durk’s clip for “Man Of My Word,” a guttural track off of their collaborative project The Voice of the Heroes. In the visual, they’re outside, they're in the strip club, and they’re also flexing exotic cars. Elsewhere, Toosii unveiled the video for “heart cold,” a melancholy single.
Also worth noting is G Herbo’s video for “I Don’t Wanna Die,” the intro track straight off of his latest album 25. The video, shot in black and white, features a slew of school-aged children and men with targets on their chests opposite of the Chicago rapper, with all of the visuals driving the central theme of the song home.
On a lighter note, Blxst serves up a new track, “Movie,” with Bino Rideaux. The video for the summer-centric single features a car wash, which we’re assuming is a nod to the cult classic film.
UK rapper Janset also rolled out a video for her single “Oh Yes.” It’s a refreshing cut tinged with a hint of feel-good vibes.
