It won't be long now before Larry David's second iconic show makes its way back to not-just-TV.
On Sunday, October 1st, Curb Your Enthusiasm will return with its 9th season on HBO (announced by co-star, JB Smoove, at this year's Roots Picnic in Philly) and while several teasers have made it out to be the triumphant resurgence we'd hoped it to be, an official trailer for the new season arrives today with our first glimpse at the depths of bitterness attained by our lead. David questions just how debilitating constipation is, yells at a woman grieving in a funeral and gets booted from public transportation without much of an explanation, though he obliges and agrees to his own banishment. Along with recurring presences Suzie Essman, Smoove and Jeff Garlin, the trailer also features appearances from Carrie Brownstein and Bryan Cranston, who appears to play a doctor in the vein of his early-Seinfeld character, Tim, The Dentist.
