With a little more than a month between us and Dave Chappelle's return to Radio City, the comedian's been hitting a handful of press stops to tease what's ahead.

In a rare double appearance, Chappelle and fellow Chappelle's Show star Donnell Rawlings brought candid introspection and a even a few musical moments to late-night and early-morning programming. Last night, Chappelle popped up in the crowd for a very special edition of Freestyling with The Roots on The Tonight Show. Then this morning, the duo stopped by The Breakfast Club to chop it up with Charlamagne, Envy and Angela, where things got real predictably quick. Recounting his recent Netflix specials and even revealing a few details on his forthcoming third with the streaming giant, Chappelle speaks to the duty of a comedian in a Trump world and offers a few pearls to get you through the day, even putting one up for the late Charlie Murphy.
