"Me and my son, we like Future fanatics man. And we sit and we listen to it and I said 'Man, Future makes the most negative inspirational music ever,'" Andre says in the short clip.

Now, in a recent interview with Hot 97, Future has responded to Three Stacks' comment.

"How did you feel when Andre 3000 talked about you and he gave you a compliment — it was a funny compliment — about him and his son liking your music?" Hot 97's Nessa asked the Atlanta rapper.

"For him to even speak — he don't ever speak or do interviews — so for him to be speaking about me I feel like that was a win-win. No matter what he would've said in that interview it's good," Future said. "The fact he took the time out of his day to do the interview — thank you."

The Wizrd documentary is currently available to watch on Apple Music. A synopsis of the film is as follows:

“Future’s life on and off the stage comes into sharp focus in this revealing documentary. Director Marcus A. Clarke follows the East Atlanta rapper on the 2016 Purple Reign tour, capturing live performances including ‘Gucci Flip Flops’ and ‘Mask Off’ as well as rare downtime — shooting hoops with Young Thug, doting over his kids, and listening to ‘Digital Dash’ playback in the studio with Drake. Guests like Organized Noize’s Rico Wade, DJ Khaled, Metro Boomin, Yo Gotti, and André 3000 speak on Future’s obsessive work ethic and unique rhyme style. But it’s Future talking candidly about formative life moments — selling drugs, getting shot, his grandfather’s passing — that demonstrate his passion and desire to stay on top.”

Future released an album of the same name recently as well.
