The TV series will make its debut on Tuesday, February 27 at 10 p.m. EST. Along with the announcement came a new trailer for the show. The minute long clip begins with Josh Duhamel portraying an investigator that gets reeled into looking into the case of Tupac and Biggie's deaths at the age of 25 and 24, respectively. LAPD detective Russell Poole (Westworld's Jimmi Simpson) is also a part of the case along with Bookeem Woodbine, who portrays an investigator as well. The series takes place 10 years after the deaths of the rappers. Marcc Rose, who played Tupac in Straight Outta Compton, reprises his role as the California rapper, while Wavyy Jones plays B.I.G.

Unsolved is the latest in a series of TV specials, documentaries and films centered on Tupac and Biggie around the 20th anniversary of their still-unsolved deaths. FOX aired Who Shot Biggie and Tupac?, which followed the A&E documentaries Biggie: The Life of Notorious B.I.G. and Who Killed Tupac?
